(Thanks to LMC for reminding me of the eternal pain that is Sky Crawlers, this is for you.)
"should i kill you?"
"yes. it’s your turn to kill me. please.”
(You’re welcome. I will always be here to remind you. This is so amazing, you’re amazing <33 Thank you)
I’ve thought about a Sky Crawlers AU for so long… why did I draw this, why did I do this to myself…
addislillywoo asked: Your drawings make me happy, thank you for existing (=♥= )**
Ahhhhh, this message makes me happy :> I’m glad you exist too~
spill it on me, Levi.”
"… Okay, Erwin."
clockworkdandy asked: Omg so many questions. First off your style is lovely! Second what sort of medium do you use for your traditional drawings? And also what is your trick for getting such nice scans? Mine always look either washed out and flat or way over contrasted and vibrant??
Hi! Ahhh, thank you!
Stuff I use for traditional drawings:
- Pencils: col-erase (red, blue), wooden.. pencils (lol), 0.5 mechanical pencil, prismacolors
- Pens: hi-tec (0.25 and 05), faber-castell pitt artist pen (s, m, brush), uni-ball signo (white)
- Markers: letraset pantone tria (cool gray), copic sketch, sharpie (black, red)
- Erasers: magic rub eraser, kneaded eraser, papermate tuff stuff eraser stick
I think that’s pretty much everything at the moment!
As for scans, I don’t have any tricks to it? I scan work in at 300-600 dpi as a color photo without letting the scanner auto-adjust contrast/etc. Then I adjust the curves/levels manually in Photoshop until it looks okay.
Some stickers ( ◔ ◔);
Not bugging me at all, Anon! ( ‘∇‘ )ノ A lot of it is done traditionally and scanned in. I think my 100% digital stuff looks obviously digital, so if you think something was drawn on paper, there’s a good chance it was.
Started drawing stickers to send out with cards and had a scrap piece, so… Tiniest Levi swimming in Erwin’s coat.
